On some Windows 11 computers, the dimmer dark overlay is transparent white instead

In Learn 2D Gamedev From Zero with Godot 4 (https://school.gdquest.com/courses/learn_2d_gamedev_godot_4), two users reported having a white overlay in the tours. This issue has only been reported on Windows 11 and doesn't seem to occur on every computer.

This seems to be an engine-side issue. We should try to replicate the issue and see if we can't work around it, e.g. by stretching a TextureRect over the editor?
