[Feature Request] support CAN-FD

On a test with using Peak-CAN & SocketCAN driver on linux, the CANRawView shows nothing when CAN-FD messages received.
CAN-FD messages need to be supprted

I second this, this will be the first full-fledged open source cross-platform application which have support for CAN-FD. We need it badly :)
