Well that shouldn't be that hard to fix. A simple fix would be that if the location is not provided by the browser to fallback on a default, hardcoded one.

the current version of ORS is not being updated anymore. We have been working on a completely rewritten version based on a different framework. Please wait a few weeks until its release and we will look at the bug in that new version.
