Calibre epub checker complains that toc01.html is not in the spine

When I unzip the folder, I see a toc01.html.
Epubcheck says no errors or warnings. How do I run the calibre epub checker?

$ epubcheck ./Moby-Dick.epub                                                                                                                 
Epubcheck Version 3.0.1

Validating against EPUB version 3.0
No errors or warnings detected.

may be an ebub 3.0 vs. 2.0 issue.

I'd trust epubcheck first.
