Kororaa Feature: rupture map drawer redesign

We want to clean up and organize the drawer for the rupture map to improve usability (and tidiness)

• Move MAP VIEW OPTIONS to below the SUBMIT button
• Hide the two sort menus in a pop-up form
  • button to be named "SORT OPTIONS" with a tool tip reading "sort ruptures for animation"
  • two side by side menus labeled "Sort First" and "Sort Second"
  • options to sort by rate or magnitude, ascending or descending (each combo can be 1 menu item, like how retail sites offer sort options)
• make the faults show only 1 layer when not clicked (rather than 2)
