we need to differentiate these objects and fix historic data to help hazard processing and analysis
done when:
- OHS model includes a field to distinguish these / or another class altogether?
- OHS mutations enforce the correct disambiguation (so that clients must update their code to suit)
- script to update the data objects in TEST and PROD
- elastic search indexes are updated
- update data model in the GNS-Science/nzshm-documentation project
