SOLVIS_STORE: Feature use rupture_set for geometries

We can make things more efficient with some optimisations for IFM and new solvis compostie solutions:

• since most if not all the solutions inf a given fault system will use the same rupture_set and the site<->fault_sections distances are therefore identical
• store the 3D distance calculated for each location - in case more fine-grained distances are needed.
