but see GNS-Science/nzshm-model#81. might be worth waiting for this ??
solvis is currently pinnned to nzshm-model 0.4.0 with old source_logic_tree structure
This is used by FSS and Composite Solutions.
Done when: -
- solvis uses nzshm-model SLT v2
- consider splitting out 'pure' opensha archive code for better portability
