I have updated the upstream container for the image created in #762

Please rebuild the GNS3 container using the latest upstream image 3.38

Hi @grossmj,

Another one I'm afraid, updated the base image and did some bugfixes around network communication, still got some GNS3 specific issues that I need to look into so might need to PR at some point to this repo too, but for now just a rebuild is necessary,
