Constant Authentication Popups

These directions have worked great for me in the past. I'm not sure if it's an update to Ubuntu or CRD over the past months, but if you follow these directions now you get a ton of permission and authentication pop-ups doing just about anything in the remote session. While you can get past them by typing in a password, it's difficult to do much in the session with it popping up constantly.
Any thoughts what might cause it or if there's any other possible fix?

Those are policy kit popups...
Look in:
/var/lib/polkit-1 and /etc/polkit-1...
If you delete the contents of these two directories (make backup first) those popups should go away.
