Update Doxygen documentation wiki page

The hosted Doxygen documentation in the GRChombo.github.io repo is several years out of date. This should be updated (and a github action to do this automatically should be investigated) and the wiki page should be updated to advise users to generate the documentation themselves rather than relying on the hosted copy.
This is related to #187.

The wiki page has been updated and the hosted documentation is now up-to-date.
