Add examples page

For users who like to follow examples, it would provide a nice user experience to have an examples page that shows some of the features the site provides. For example, how to search, filter results, download results, how to provide feedback on the site, etc.

@igorkorenfeld To ensure this issue doesn't stagnate -- I've reached out to the user who provided this feedback (Kristy Sawyer, a privacy expert at EasyDynamics). Waiting for more details before I can say what examples may be nice to have. I'm assuming images/gifs of the process may be what she's after.
