Replace Bunyan for another logger package. Bunyan seems to be a dead project, see the following conversation.

it's probably safe to change this package for Winston logger package.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've gone over some of the other options on NPM and Winston is probably the best option. It has a very active community and is actively maintained.
