Roadmap cards - change background to white

Expected Behavior
On the Roadmap: the near-term, mid-term, and long-term cards have a background that easily distinguishes the text from the page.
Current Behavior
Cards have no background which makes them blend with the page color.
Possible Solution
Add a white background to the card.

- Click Roadmap link in the footer
