What happened

We have tried on a few occasions to start a glossary for us to use when communicating across the program. We also have definitions listed in the kit.

I'm thinking it would be worthwhile to move these to a glossary page here.

Rationale: Even though these Standards are available for use by others, the primary audience is those of us working on the SAM.gov integration and modernization effort. And, of course, we can evolve it over time.
