Dataset Page: Data Preview

Description

This ticket is to implement the data preview component onto the dataset page, so that users can see a preview of the dataset

User Need

As a User of the Data Catalogue
I want To see a preview of the dataset, on the dataset page
So that I can see if the data is what I'm interested in

Acceptance Criteria

• Underneath the License section is a new section titled 'Data Preview'
• The data preview component is a table showing a sample of the dataset
• The columns in the table will have headings in bold i.e. 'Statistical Geography', 'Measure type',
• The table will return the first ten rows of the dataset
