[Bug] Search within subcategory doesn't work

Description

It works here:

It does not work here where Air Conditioning and Air Conditioning 2 should be displayed:

Search by search bar and/or tag does not work within subcategory (multifamily > site planning) but does work within a specific building type (multifamily).

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] search within a single subcategory and building type (site planning, etc.) works with tags and search bar
