[Bug] Recent Standards Title Overflowing

Description

How to replicate:

• Create a new standard with a long name (Add a new Standard)
• Navigate to Report Builder --> Recent Standards and see standard

Acceptance Criteria

• Keep standard's title within card modal (maybe wrap it or set max length)
• Modify "View Notes" and "Add to Report" button text fonts
