Change of existing version not supposed to be included in changelog

This is the change from AE2FC 1.0.17-gtnh to 1.0.18-gtnh.

AE2FC version is 1.0.18-gtnh --> 1.0.22-gtnh from 2.2.0.0 to 2.2.3, so this change already exists in 2.2.0.0, which is not supposed to be included in changelog from 2.2.0.0 to 2.2.3.
