Can bypass team protection by spamming right click

My friend (Who's not in my team nor ally) was playing around and discovered he can spam right click and open anything in my base (Chests, etc).

In the video we're using a door, he can do it by himself randomly (Without a door), or by spamming the door himself.

He can also do it by spinning his mouse really fast and right clicking. I suspect it's something to do with server-client lag.
