install.sh doesn't have full Pop!_OS support

In the shell script, it grabs the OS's ID/Distro to know the package manager, but ID is set as pop instead, in ID_LIKE is were "ubuntu debian" is set

maybe fixed in 991faa5 but note that it would still install the appimage instead as there is no .deb built for pop os
