Validate Arnold/3Delight version

We want to be sure that we only ever build releases against a specific version specified in the repo. Should these be represented as pseudo-packages in a config file? Then we could declare them as dependencies of Cortex, meaning Cortex would be rebuilt when their versions changed.

I'll close this - all the Arnold dependent code is now in GafferHQ/gaffer, and I think the best plan is to do the same with 3Delight-dependent code too.
