the functionality for sharing Blink Circles Card is broken

Describe the bug
Users can't share their Blink Circles Card.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'People'
- Click on 'View my Circles'
- Click on 'Share my Circles'
- See error
Expected behavior
When users click on 'Share my Circles' It's supposed to open the OS share modal and have the option to share the Blink Circles Card to multiple channels.
