I saw that on amazon there are Swiss boot discs with the SD2SP2 do those work at all on an unmodded gamecube?
SD2SP2 is just an accessory - like the SD Gecko. It'll work with any software that supports it (i.e. Swiss, Emulators, "homebrew").
As for the Boot Discs: No.
If you check in the description you'll see that they have a disclaimer that the discs only work with a GameCube that has the XenoGC mod AND laser tuning.
