F.Req - show staff-pick star on right of repo pane

The icons are important to show what type of repo it is, but when multiple icons are stacked together, the overrall presentation looks weird. Having the star on the right side of the pane would be much more powerful, and not look weird. If this is decided to be too much attention than is wanted to give to the staff-picks, i reccomend maybe a smaller star with the dark 2nd dark color (the one of the main text area)
