Possible bug with the bc6h encoder

I'm having some blue/purple pixels with bc6h (mode 9 I think). Here is a picture

This seems duplicate of #2. Weird, but the photography really had strange values, and after clamping everything is fine. Clamping is definitely a must have step to avoid issues.
