Slack forwarding not working 1.9

Tickets created with Slack integration enabled does not appear to be forwarding the message to Slack.

Reproduction

  1. On 1.9 with Ticket-Master+Slack, execute /ticket new slack test
  2. Observe on console that it debugs the JSON message
  3. Observe on Slack that no message is forwarded
