When and why?
I placed the vehicle I added into the vehicle config and it showed up on the menu. I was able to hold it in my hand but it just acts as a hoe. Item damage # is 700 and the texture and custom model show up though.

Try it in the newest pre-release. Handling vehicles has been edited.
