What license are the model packs, to clarify and avoid confusion, add a license.
Depends on their source.
Some were part of the GarageGames licencing, others were given to the community by their developers as a gift.
Though you are right to ask, and in some way there should be a clarification on that topic.
Hopefully someone has a copy of emails and documentation of these packs and how they were provided.
