Setup JSON linting

The package.json sorter had some issues with reliable config determination. Given how long it has been since an update anyways, not going to rely on it. Recommending https://www.npmjs.com/package/sort-package-json instead as a tool for that.

Going to leave the other package out too for now. JSON should either be handled by a more explicit package or can be setup later as-needed. For now, it's kinda overkill compared to focusing on scripting.
