'str' object has no attribute 'removeprefix'

The readme requires python 3.8.4, but https://github.com/Garmelon/PFERD/blob/master/PFERD/ilias/crawler.py#L284 makes use of .removeprefix, which was only introduced in 3.9 https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0616/ .
