Timestamps for WUG pipeline

It would be helpful to have timestamps for the errors that occur in the WUG pipeline to improve the traceability of these errors when the pipeline is executed multiple times.

I have added one timestamp print at the beginning of the pipeline when the parameters are loaded with the last commit. If this is not enough, please reopen the issue and describe what exactly you need.
