Compatibility Issue with pipenv

Describe the bug
Issue with installing pipenv. An update of c++ 14 for windows is necessary in order to install. Need to install add-ons from visual studio.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Type 'pipenv install'
- Wait for code to run
- gensim won't install because of a needed c++ 14 update.
