The designation data is not renderring in the ui after adding <GridForeignColumn>

Initially the desigation id is appearing with primary Key later adding Gridforeigncolumn properties to the EmplpoyeeManagement.razor file the data is not renderring When I put break point for getjobtitiles method it is redirecting to exception class "System.InvalidOperationException: 'There is already an open DataReader associated with this Connection which must be closed first.' how to resolve this issue" showing error like this. could you help me to resolve this
