Is there any user interest in the custom gstreamer1 ports?

I’m not sure how many users might be using this overlay but figured I’d open an issue about this.

I’m not sure if I want to maintain the current custom gstreamer1 ports anymore when macports-ports now have updated versions (though still those default to +x11)
