Nozzle and heatbed should heat up together

When i hit print then the bed starts heating up and once its done then nozzle starts heating up. they should start heating up together. i know this is possible because i can enable heatbed and nozzle together from lcd and they heat up together. this will save some time.

No they should not. They heat at a different rate, so bed might heat before. Anyway, You could do a start up script setting both temp to heat at the same time. Even pre-heat nozzle to a standby temp (120 or so) and at heatbead temp get to set temp, It takes few seconds to get to printing temp.
