Leveling process does not start with correct position

This issue is different to the issue #6 .
Given that when i did bed levelling before and z offset was set to 3.00
When i start bed levelling again
Then the nozzle should actually move to 3.00
But most of the times it shows 3.00 on display but nozzle is incorrectly positioned because i can tell when the paper is too tight or too loose as compared to last time i levelled the bed
