How to set world spawn with this mod?

Been curios to know how to set world spawn with this mod. I try to teleport to an area and then use /setworldspawn. It seems that after a restart of the server this just gets reset back to the original spawn point. Changing the seed dosent seem to make a difference either. What ever I do, it seems that the spawn point will always be london ...
