Chunks generated by tic-tacs have a server light level of zero - seems to be an incompatibility with phosphor

Very sad

Can confirm it's a compatibility issue with phosphor. Also seems to cause a lot of fps drops during the first rendering of chunks upon entering a world, as an alternative to Phosphor you can use Starlight, which doesn't cause this or any other issues as far as I have tested.
