Switch on torch while connected with --video-source=camera

Is there an option to switch the torch on while using --video-source=camera ?

Obviously the camera is in use so the torch can't be switched on directly.

Switching the torch on before running SCRCPY doesn't work as SCRCPY takes control and the torch goes back to off.

In progress. There's a PR #6243.

Locally, I started to rebase it onto the SDL3 branch.

So it will be supported in the future.
