Don't change the For Sale Price via scrolling action

Description
If the user enters a value for the For Sale Price and attempts to scroll the window without leaving that entry field context, it will rapidly change the price 1 ETH at a time. This can result in excessive RPC calls and isn't desired UX. The value entered in the For Sale Price field should only change through keyboard input.
