XML generator enhancements

csv to xml generator implements adding optional, more complex xml scenarios so the generator for doegen works with more examples.
Add more parameters and some default values and build out the associated excel file so that a useful set of options is present.

ALSO: Change the parameter names in the excel configuration to exactly match the equivalent badlands xml variable.
