Hi,
We would like to get a whole new smart notification for @kandilli_bot :)
I don't want to be disturbed for all quakes notification but i also want to grab some information like "In Last 5 minutes 3 quakes around same location" , "Location based Fracture fault lines prediction i.e. İzmir and Manisa or Izmit, Yalova and Istanbul _ " or "Repeated Quakes Anaysis maybe Prediction (I don't know if it is scientific or not but some Data Anaysis from previous Quakes may help)_ "
