Replace ECharts calendar with Plotly calendar histogram (or similar)

We've almost transitioned completely from ECharts to Plotly.py. However, the calendar chart is still rendered with ECharts.

Either replace the ECharts calendar histogram with a similar solution from Plotly or consider removing the chart.
