Error Decrypting Backup File

Trying to use Scatter backup and 12-word phrase and I keep getting getting "Error Decrypting Backup File".
What's the issue here? I used the same backup and phrase in the scatter extension but was blocked by the fact that its no longer maintained and wouldn't show me the wallet.

Go it to work installing ver. 11.0.0 -- my backup was from June 2019. 12 word phrase and backup files worked with this version.
