Clicking on 'Home' doesn't return the user to their dashboard

Clicking on Home should return the user to the dashboard - especially when clicking on create/import screens, which they can get stuck on.

Now clicking the home button on import screens will return to dashboard. Since create account screen does not have the bottom menu bar, this does not apply.
