Ability to save custom timing functions and use them later

Users should be able to save custom timing functions. All parameters should be saved and a custom name should be given.

This should be persisted in some form. All saved custom functions can be found under the custom functions tab in the Sidebar.

Ideally: it's persisted in the cloud to work across devices.
