Soft-Remove Member

Motivation
Someone in my team expected that the channel is still in his list, after leaving the channel. His expectations:

• It shows "XYZ left the channel"
• XYZ does not see new messages
• XYZ still sees the history until he left the channel

Proposed solution
A new method that allows to soft remove a member
