How to setup scene card

Hi there,

I love the look of all of this, however as a non-coder, I am struggling to figure out how to setup the’ hue screen’ card.

under the heading’ hue screen’ there are screenshots, but no details on the code required to set it up. I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but some assistance would be much appreciated!
