Option to remove / hide switch

This card looks almost exactly like what I'm looking for. Any chance you could make an option to hide the switch on the right side, since the entire card is clickable to turn on / off? It would give more room for the name when used in a 2 column grid layout.

I'll look into it. This should be easy to add.
